Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years editorial experience in a newspaper house, with at least 2 years in a lead role
Proven track record of publishing high-quality books
Strong command of grammar, style, and publishing workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with editing software and publishing platforms
Preferred: experience in Christian/motivational publishing, digital publishing knowledge, and project-management skills
