Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
Lead Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR departments
Oversee traditional FMCG distribution and digital commerce platforms
Drive e-commerce strategy across marketplaces and owned digital channels
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion markets
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team
Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance metrics
Oversee product development, pricing, and promotional strategies
Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Maintain relationships with distributors, partners, suppliers, and e-commerce platforms
Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
10–15 years progressive experience in FMCG – Food & Beverages, with 3–5 years in senior leadership or GM role
Proven track record managing P&L and delivering growth across traditional and digital channels
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, trade marketing, and supply chain operations
Experience in building and scaling e-commerce or omnichannel businesses
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong financial acumen
Proficient in business software, CRM tools, and digital commerce analytics
Strong decision-making and execution skills
