Job Summary

Oversee warehouse operations for FMCG – Food & Beverages and e-commerce, managing inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, and staff to ensure efficient operations across traditional and online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse operations for timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Oversee inventory control and conduct regular cycle counts and audits
  • Manage order processing and fulfillment for B2B, B2C, and marketplace channels
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for optimal stock levels and on-time delivery
  • Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, lead time, inventory turnover, and fulfillment rates
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and e-commerce fulfillment partners
  • Implement and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, warehouse efficiency, and operational performance


Required Qualifications


  • 5–8 years warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in FMCG and e-commerce
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination
  • Experience with WMS and OMS platforms
  • Familiarity with FMCG distribution, cold chain management, and last-mile delivery
  • Proven team management and operational excellence skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP tools, and inventory software
