Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth while aligning finance with business objectives.

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals

Manage financial operations, reporting, and governance

Ensure compliance with Nigerian financial laws and regulatory standards

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

Manage senior banking relationships and facilitate high-level decision-making

Leverage AI-driven financial tools and Excel for analysis and process optimization

Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) required

Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience with mandatory banking sector exposure

Strong accounting knowledge and financial management expertise

Proficiency in AI finance applications, Excel, and advanced financial tools

Excellent leadership, integrity, and communication skills
