Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and handling office supplies
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless communication
Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Provide general administrative support to management
HND/BSc in a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or administrative assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
