China Lesso Group Holdings Limited, a leading manufacturer of piping and building materials, is seeking a Sales Representative / Business Development Manager. The role involves developing distributor networks, managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company’s expansion in the Accra market.
Identify and develop distributors and business opportunities
Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Generate leads, prepare and deliver sales presentations
Conduct market research and prepare quotations for customers
Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets
Maintain knowledge of company products and industry trends
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, communication, relationship building, and customer service
Analytical skills for market research and quotation preparation
Experience in negotiation, sales, marketing, and construction-related products
Familiarity with construction materials, solar energy, or related industries is a plus
Ability to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Construction, or related field preferred
Prior experience in building materials, environmental sectors, or solar energy is advantageous
