Warc Africa, an organization transforming African agriculture through regenerative farming practices, is seeking a National Service Personnel to support its procurement team. This role offers hands-on experience in supplier management, procurement documentation, inventory tracking, and compliance, while contributing to the organization’s mission to uplift farmers.
Assist with evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability
Maintain supplier database and update procurement records regularly
Support communication with suppliers and follow up on orders
Enter procurement requests and data into systems, organize purchase records, contracts, and invoices
Check and reconcile supplier deliveries with field data, maintain asset and inventory records
Support monitoring of asset movement and maintenance schedules
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and assist in audit documentation
Prepare simple reports on purchases, stock, and supplier performance
Collaborate with Finance and Administration to document payments
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to live and work in rural environments
