Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Create installation, configuration, troubleshooting and user guides.
Develop manuals, man pages, help prompts and other technical content.
Document complex technical systems and developer workflows.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product and QA teams.
Maintain documentation versioning, accuracy and quality.
Use Markdown, diagrams and other formats to improve documentation.
Apply AI tools to support documentation workflows.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Experience documenting complex technical systems.
Strong Markdown and docs-as-code experience.
Experience with Linux, Git and database server installation/configuration.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, developer tools and distributed systems.
Experience using AI tools for documentation.
Ability to work independently in a globally distributed team.
Candidates within ±4 hours of UTC-2 are recommended.
