Nujani, a Ghana-based jewelry brand specializing in timeless gold-plated stainless steel pieces, is seeking a Shop Attendant to provide exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support sales operations at their East Legon location.
Provide friendly, professional service to walk-in clients
Assist customers with product selection, styling, and recommendations
Maintain store presentation, product displays, and cleanliness
Process sales using POS systems and handle basic record keeping
Support packaging, labeling, order fulfillment, and simple social media content creation
Track inventory, restock shelves, and report low-stock items
Uphold the Nujani brand experience consistently
Minimum SHS certificate; tertiary education is a plus
1–2 years’ experience in retail or customer-facing roles (fashion/beauty/jewelry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism
Well-groomed, presentable, honest, punctual, and reliable
