Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide EMR, hardware and network support to users.
Repair and maintain computers, servers and peripherals.
Manage LAN/WLAN networks, printers, CCTV and access control systems.
Maintain IT assets, server rooms and cybersecurity compliance.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate escalations.
Travel frequently between assigned facilities as required.
Required Qualifications
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on IT support experience.
Strong PC/laptop repair, networking and hardware troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, Windows and server systems.
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or CCNA is an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently between assigned facilities.
