Store Supervisor

OLTO Resource Dynamics is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain stock levels, and ensure excellent customer service. The role is ideal for a candidate with strong supervisory skills and operational experience.

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

Supervise and support store staff including sales representatives, cashiers, janitors, and security personnel

Open and close the store as required

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts (physical and system-based)

Raise requisitions for replenishment of goods

Prepare and submit reports to management regularly

Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role

Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills

Basic computer proficiency

Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
