Remote UI/UX & Graphic Design Lead

VT Nation is seeking an experienced UI/UX & Graphic Design Lead to create user-focused digital experiences, scalable design systems, and engaging visual assets across platforms.

• Design responsive, intuitive, and conversion-focused interfaces.
• Conduct user research, testing, and behavioural analysis.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Create social media creatives, campaign graphics, presentations, and motion elements.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Optimise designs for usability, accessibility, speed, and performance.

• 4–7 years of UI/UX and Graphic Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with design systems and component management.
• Strong understanding of user-centred and responsive design.
• Knowledge of accessibility and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating with development teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
