Job Summary


Kredit Africa is seeking a professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. The role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.








Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence

Serve as the primary contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Draft and review documents, emails, and communications on behalf of executives

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Ensure smooth communication flow across departments

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Support budget preparation, expense reports, and reimbursements

Oversee special projects, research tasks, and administrative initiatives

Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and partners

Represent executives professionally and courteously


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field

3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

High professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting C-level executives

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

Experience in the Tech industry
