Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
High professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting C-level executives
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Experience in the Tech industry
