Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, efficiency, and design.
- Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
- Review AI model reasoning around system architecture, debugging, and software design.
- Provide detailed technical feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Apply strong software engineering judgment to real-world technical problems.
- Assess algorithms, data structures, and architectural decisions.
- Help train and evaluate frontier AI systems through high-quality technical expertise.
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer at a top technology company.
At least part of the relevant software engineering experience must have been within the past 7 years.
Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
Strong knowledge of:
