Strategy & Operations Associate

A US-based fintech is seeking a results-driven Strategy & Operations Associate to support strategic initiatives, business operations, project execution, and growth within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Support strategic and operational initiatives across the business.
• Analyse business processes, data, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with project management and execution of key business initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Help identify challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive implementation.
• Support business planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced fintech/startup environment.

Must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria.

2–4 years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Strategy
• Operations
• Consulting
• Project Management
• Business Analysis
• Fintech
• Technology

Experience working in a startup environment is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Commercial mindset with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
