Resource Mobilisation & Development Lead

Wootlab Foundation is seeking an experienced Resource Mobilisation & Development Lead to drive fundraising, donor relations, resource mobilisation, and business development initiatives.

• Develop and implement resource mobilisation and fundraising strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and development partners.
• Identify and pursue funding and business development opportunities.
• Support the preparation of proposals and funding applications.
• Develop partnerships that contribute to organisational growth.
• Track resource mobilisation activities and maintain donor records.
• Contribute to achieving organisational fundraising and development targets.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in resource mobilisation, fundraising, donor relations, or business development.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and proposal-writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop funding opportunities.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
