Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting EHS audits, risk assessments, and environmental reviews.
- Support the preparation of EIA and Environmental Audit reports.
- Participate in the design and delivery of EHS training programs.
- Ensure compliance with national environmental and occupational health and safety laws.
- Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with senior consultants in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Undertake field visits and site inspections as required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (minimum 2 years study).
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an EHS consultancy.
- Knowledge of OSHA 2007, EMCA 1999, and relevant subsidiary legislations.
- Familiarity with EIA and Environmental Audit processes.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Good analytical, report writing, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Kenya.
