Registered Nurse

Dokitami is hiring Registered Nurses to join its telehealth team, supporting clients through medical assessments, education, follow-ups, healthcare programme recommendations, and sales conversion.

• Respond to client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and digital platforms.
• Conduct and review client assessments according to company protocols.
• Educate clients on healthcare programmes and treatment options.
• Explain medical information, pricing, expectations, and next steps clearly.
• Identify cases requiring escalation to doctors or other medical professionals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Guide suitable clients from enquiry through assessment, recommendation, and order.
• Maintain accurate client records and update lead management systems.
• Work toward assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Submit required reports while maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients online and by phone.
• Comfortable working toward sales and conversion targets.
• Ability to explain medical information in simple language.
• Highly responsive, organised, and able to manage multiple conversations.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Slack, web-based systems, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently while following medical and company protocols.
• Previous telehealth, medical sales, patient support, wellness, or digital healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Morning: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Evening: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
One day off weekly, either Saturday or Sunday, based on rotation.
