Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
Troubleshoot product issues and escalate complex cases.
Maintain accurate help-centre content and canned responses.
Track recurring customer issues and share insights with the product team.
Meet response and resolution time targets.
Provide professional and empathetic customer support.
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar support tools.
Ability to work shifts, including weekend rotations.
Calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Fintech or SaaS support experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of French, Portuguese, or Swahili is an advantage.
Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
