Sales Manager

A company in Katampe is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team, implement growth strategies, and drive revenue and target achievement.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.

Drive revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle negotiations and support key business opportunities.

Provide leadership and direction to achieve business objectives.

Minimum of HND/B.Sc.

At least 7 years of experience in Sales Management.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Target-driven, proactive, and capable of managing a sales team.
