Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property transactions and client relationships.
- Develop new business and real estate opportunities.
- Provide support on property management activities.
- Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.
- Negotiate with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Work towards set performance and business targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and transactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
