Real Estate Officer

A company in Katampe is seeking an experienced Real Estate Officer to manage property transactions, develop business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Manage property transactions and client relationships.
• Develop new business and real estate opportunities.
• Provide support on property management activities.
• Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Work towards set performance and business targets.

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND.
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and transactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
