Kitchen Assistant

A restaurant in Lugbe is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients and maintaining an organised workspace.

Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and other ingredients.

Cut and prepare meats for cooking.

Organise and arrange kitchen tools and ingredients.

Ensure ingredients are properly prepared and ready for the chef.

Assist kitchen staff with general food preparation duties.

Minimum of SSCE.

At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen practices.

Good organisational skills and attention to cleanliness.

Ability to work effectively as part of a kitchen team.
