A tailor shop in Kaura is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the shop.

• Supervise and manage shop staff and daily activities.
• Coordinate operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure assigned duties are completed.
• Oversee customer service and general shop activities.
• Maintain an organised and efficient work environment.
• Address operational issues and support day-to-day decision-making.

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Smart, organised, dedicated, and responsible.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and daily operations.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
