Job Summary

Talora Agency is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Supervisor to coordinate and deliver complex projects across Oil & Gas, Power, and Renewable Energy, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, safety, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from planning and execution through commissioning and handover.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, quality, resources, and KPIs.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
  • Support procurement, contract administration, vendor management, and cost control.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial inputs for proposals, tenders, and project opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, quality, and governance requirements.
  • Support project close-out, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of relevant project management, coordination, or delivery experience.
  • Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary projects in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, EPC, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, project controls, and governance.
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar project planning tools.
  • Experience with procurement, contract administration, risk management, and performance monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Engineering, Project Management, Energy Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
  • COREN registration or progression toward professional registration is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with senior management and preparing executive reports is preferred.
