Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning and execution through commissioning and handover.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, quality, resources, and KPIs.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
- Support procurement, contract administration, vendor management, and cost control.
- Coordinate technical and commercial inputs for proposals, tenders, and project opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, quality, and governance requirements.
- Support project close-out, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant project management, coordination, or delivery experience.
- Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary projects in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, EPC, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, project controls, and governance.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar project planning tools.
- Experience with procurement, contract administration, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Engineering, Project Management, Energy Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- COREN registration or progression toward professional registration is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with senior management and preparing executive reports is preferred.
