Job Summary


Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to manage a single store, oversee staff, achieve financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Paid store leadership training, mentorship, and career development opportunities are provided.







Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of a Panda Express store.

Hire, train, and supervise associates to achieve financial and operational goals.

Ensure delivery of high-quality guest experiences.

Participate in an 8+ week paid store leadership training program.

Maintain food safety standards and Serve Safe certification compliance.

Work in a fast-paced environment handling hot and cold foods, kitchen equipment, and customer service.

Lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and operate within a restricted, high-traffic workspace.

Adapt to changing priorities, manage conflicts, and maintain effective communication with staff and customers.


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Serve Safe certification required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and perform kitchen tasks safely.

Effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills.
