Demand Growth Marketer

Deity Villas (GHECS) is seeking a commercially driven Demand Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition, increase bookings, and drive measurable revenue growth across its hospitality and service verticals.

• Develop and execute demand-generation strategies across hotels, shortlets, cars, event halls, experiences, and services.
• Drive guest and booker acquisition through online and offline channels.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, email, retargeting, SEO, influencer marketing, and other growth channels.
• Manage the full customer acquisition funnel from awareness and lead generation to conversion, repeat bookings, and referrals.
• Create, test, measure, and scale campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, bookings, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
• Identify new acquisition channels, partnerships, promotions, referral programmes, and campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend where marketing budgets should be increased or reduced.
• Develop compelling campaign creatives, offers, landing pages, and messaging.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Monitor and report on key demand-generation and revenue KPIs.

• Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of paid acquisition and digital marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimisation.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, bookings, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
• Strong sales, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, experiment, solve problems, and take ownership of results.
• Creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, fintech, mobility, marketplaces, or other high-growth consumer businesses is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable working toward clear and aggressive growth targets.
