Job Summary


U-Haul is seeking friendly and motivated Customer Service Representatives to assist customers, maintain equipment, and support daily operations at U-Haul centers. The role includes hands-on training, on-the-job education, and opportunities for career advancement.








Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center.

Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers.

Clean and maintain equipment, including checking fluid levels.

Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.

Install hitches and trailer wiring.

Fill propane and operate a forklift (certification provided by U-Haul).

Educate customers on products and services.

Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, around machinery, fumes, and chemicals.

Willingness to use protective gear when required.
