Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Handle litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.
Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and disputes.
Represent clients before courts and regulatory bodies.
Draft and review legal opinions, pleadings, contracts, and tax documents.
Liaise with FIRS, courts, and tribunals.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
Required Qualifications
LL.B and B.L; must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
7–10 years’ post-call experience with strong dispute resolution experience.
Proven experience in tax disputes or advisory.
NBA membership; CITN membership is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulations.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and client-management skills.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abuja.
