Information Management Systems Intern

Support data collection, analysis, visualization, GIS, reporting, and information management systems for humanitarian and development programmes.

• Recent graduate with up to 1 year of experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, IT, GIS, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or related field

• Basic Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage

• Familiarity with KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO or GIS tools is an advantage

• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Collect, clean and validate programme data

• Maintain databases and information management systems

• Analyse data and prepare reports, charts and dashboards

• Support GIS mapping and data visualization

• Assist with digital data collection platforms

• Support data quality, backup and documentation
