Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in facility/property management or operations
- Knowledge of building maintenance, utilities and safety
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills
- Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional certification is an advantage
