Key Responsibilities
• LL.B and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
• Minimum 5 years’ post-call experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate & commercial law
• Experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Strong legal research, analytical and communication skills
• High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
