Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Oversee package receipt, reconciliation and quality checks.
Assess and manage customer claims.
Monitor items to prevent losses.
Lead team training, performance and appraisals.
Improve aftersales processes and systems.
Escalate operational issues and prepare shift reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
Experience in FMCG, warehouse or order management.
Experience in quality assessment and control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
NYSC certificate or valid exemption letter.
Must be based in Abuja.
