Information Management Systems Intern

An NGO is seeking an analytical intern to support data management, reporting, dashboards, GIS mapping and digital information systems.

• Collect, clean, validate and organise programme data.
• Support databases and information management systems.
• Analyse data and prepare reports, charts, dashboards and factsheets.
• Support GIS mapping and digital data collection.
• Assist with data quality, backup and documentation.
• Support the testing and deployment of digital data collection forms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, IT, GIS, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• GIS, KoboToolbox, ODK or SurveyCTO experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
