Project Engineer & Scrum Master

A company in Sabon-Lugbe is seeking an experienced Project Engineer & Scrum Master to coordinate technical projects, facilitate Agile teams, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and within quality standards.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor technical and engineering projects.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile team delivery.
• Manage project timelines, risks, quality and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, software, operations and business teams.
• Track project progress and resolve delivery challenges.
• Manage stakeholder communication and project reporting.

• B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, engineering, Scrum or technical coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and team management abilities.
