A company in Abuja is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support people strategy, high-volume recruitment, employee relations and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Partner with management on HR and people-related matters.

Manage high-volume recruitment and talent needs.

Support employee relations and people management.

Provide HR consulting and strategic guidance.

Manage key stakeholder relationships.

Support HR processes, policies and organisational initiatives.

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.

Strong HR consulting experience is highly desirable.

Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good understanding of HR processes and employee relations.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
