Finance Director (CFO)

A construction/civil engineering company is seeking an experienced Finance Director (CFO) to lead financial strategy, project finance, cash flow, controls and overall financial performance.

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury and financial controls.

Monitor project costs, margins, contracts and profitability.

Evaluate projects, tenders, investments and business opportunities.

Ensure tax, statutory, regulatory and accounting compliance.

Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant professional experience.
• At least 7 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller or equivalent.
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing or other project-based industries.
• Strong expertise in project finance, cost management, cash flow and commercial controls.
