Job Summary

Regal Crest Travel & Tour, a reputable company in the transportation and logistics sector, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, bookings, and inquiries while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on travel and tour services.
  • Manage bookings and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Qualifications
