Remote Recruitment Intern

Rove Dana is looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern with a strong interest in HR and talent acquisition to support recruitment activities and gain practical experience in a remote work environment.

Assist with sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for open positions.

Support candidate research and recruitment-related activities.

Assist with reviewing and organising candidate information.

Support communication and follow-up with candidates.

Assist with recruitment documentation and administrative tasks.

Conduct research relevant to recruitment and talent acquisition.

Support the recruitment team with day-to-day activities as required.

Previous internship, volunteer, or part-time experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is an advantage.

Fresh graduates and serving Corp Members are encouraged to apply.

HR or recruitment certification, or ongoing training, is an added advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time-management, research, candidate-sourcing, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
