Investment Banking Trainee

Norrenberger is seeking an Investment Banking Trainee to support financial analysis, research and investment banking activities. The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Support financial analysis and investment banking activities.
• Conduct financial and market research.
• Assist with financial models, valuations and reports.
• Analyse financial statements and large volumes of data.
• Prepare presentations and professional reports.
• Support transactions and advisory projects as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• 0–2 years’ relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of financial statements and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong research, report-writing and attention-to-detail skills.
• Investment banking, financial advisory, consulting or related experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial modelling, valuation and Nigerian capital markets is an advantage.
