Job Summary



TalentPop is a rapidly expanding e-commerce support company seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop strategies, create engaging content, and drive brand visibility across multiple platforms.






 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.


Create, plan, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand goals.


Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using insights and analytics.


Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain fresh and relevant content.


Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.


Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.


Support email and digital marketing efforts with social-driven content ideas.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.


Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create visually appealing content.


Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.


Knowledge of paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is an added advantage.


Highly organized, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.


Technical Requirements:


Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and upload speed.


Personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
