Remote Social Media & Content Assistant

TP Artistry is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Content Assistant to manage daily social media activity, create engaging content and support the brand’s digital growth. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, highly observant, a strong writer and comfortable taking initiative in a fully remote environment.

• Manage daily social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn and other platforms as the brand grows.
• Schedule and publish content using tools such as Metricool.
• Maintain an organised content calendar.
• Adapt and optimise content for different social media platforms.
• Write compelling, on-brand captions that drive engagement, saves, shares and conversions.
• Tailor content tone and messaging to suit different platforms and audiences.
• Track engagement, reach, impressions, saves and follower growth.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on social media data.
• Identify trends, opportunities and ways to improve the brand’s online presence.
• Take initiative and proactively contribute creative ideas without waiting for instructions.

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or a related field.
• Previous remote work experience with strong discipline and communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Threads and LinkedIn.
• Experience using Metricool or similar social media management tools.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to identify opportunities independently.
