Chefs

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join Coded Escape House Restaurant in Abuja.

The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing food preparation, ensuring proper food storage, and maintaining consistent taste and presentation.

This is a live-in, on-site position. Accommodation will be provided, and the successful candidate will be required to stay at the restaurant premises.

The ideal candidate should be hardworking, organized, creative, hygienic, and able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to prepare a variety of meals
• Excellent hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Ability to manage food portions and minimize waste
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
• Must be willing to live on-site at the restaurant
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abuja, FCT
• Culinary training/certification is an advantage but not mandatory if the applicant has strong experience
