Job Summary




Kubona.ng, a premium online fashion retail platform, is seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to enhance its online presence, drive lead generation, and engage its audience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid advertising, content strategy, and data-driven marketing, particularly for luxury and premium brands.






Key Responsibilities


Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.


Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and continuously improve campaign performance.


Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with luxury brand positioning.


Create, curate, and manage premium content across social media platforms.


Engage with the online community while maintaining brand voice consistency.


Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform strategy.


Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to management.


Develop email marketing campaigns and optimize sales funnels.


Collaborate on content creation that resonates with the target audience.


Monitor social media and digital marketing trends relevant to fashion and luxury retail.


Required Qualifications


3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience with measurable results.


Strong experience in paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.


Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.


Understanding of luxury and premium brand marketing.


Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.


Experience in email marketing, funnel optimization, and content management.


Knowledge of Nigerian affluent consumer behavior.


Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.


Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.


Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently.
