Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects focused on process automation, design optimization, digitalization, and process standardization.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses of performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Collect, evaluate, and implement new ideas that add value to the business.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Drive change management and ensure adoption of new processes.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
8–10 years of project management experience within the shipping/logistics industry.
Experience with Business Process Management, automation projects, and Big Data tools (Power BI / Tableau).
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and lead discussions to drive results.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
