LeapIn is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic sales planning and execution. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts, manage key client relationships, and ensure continuous revenue growth while maintaining a competitive market presence.
Execute company growth strategies to achieve revenue goals and market expansion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted market segments
Develop and implement effective sales plans and performance strategies
Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations when required
Manage opportunity and pipeline data accurately in the CRM system
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction
Prepare and justify sales reports, forecasts, and plans to senior management
Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise B2B sales or HR agency sales
Proven ability to build and maintain C-level or Director-level client relationships
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
Excellent consultative and solution-selling abilities
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed targets
