Lead key projects focused on automation, process optimization, and digitalization
Analyze performance metrics to identify and implement improvement opportunities
Develop and manage strategic business initiatives from concept to execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Drive change management and promote process adoption across departments
Evaluate and integrate innovative ideas to add business value and enhance productivity
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
8–10 years of project management experience within the shipping or logistics industry
Expertise in Business Process Management, automation, and Big Data tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex projects
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
