Strivo Labs is seeking an experienced Investment Sales Manager to lead investor acquisition, relationship management, and fundraising efforts across Nigeria and West Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of HNIs and institutional investors, with a proven track record in investment product sales, wealth management, or capital markets.
* Source, engage, and onboard high-net-worth and institutional investors.
* Drive investor demand and capital-raising activities through strategic networking.
* Lead investor presentations, product pitches, and fundraising campaigns.
* Manage the full investor lifecycle — from onboarding to retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and position competitive investment products.
* Ensure compliance with SEC and CBN regulations while maintaining accurate records.
* Analyze market trends and provide insights to refine investment strategies.
* Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress and investor performance metrics.
* 7–10 years of experience in investment sales, private banking, or capital markets.
* Proven success in raising capital from HNIs and institutional investors.
* In-depth understanding of private debt, fixed income, and structured investment products.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification preferred).
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.
* Experience using CRM and investor onboarding platforms is an advantage.
