Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat professionally and promptly.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Qualifications
