Future Concerns Nigeria Limited is recruiting an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee and ensure compliance with safety standards in telecom operations. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in health, safety, and environment supervision within the telecom industry and demonstrate strong reporting and compliance management skills.
* Conduct daily site safety checks, attendance records, and activity logs.
* Capture photographic evidence of site safety conditions before, during, and after work.
* Prepare and submit weekly compliance and activity reports.
* Identify and immediately report unsafe acts, near misses, or incidents.
* Promote and enforce HSE policies and safe work practices on-site.
* Coordinate safety briefings and toolbox meetings with project teams.
* Minimum of 2 years of HSE supervisory experience in the telecom industry.
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and compliance documentation.
* Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
* Ability to lead safety initiatives and respond promptly to emergencies.
