GadaHQ, a Workforce Management organization, is seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join its founding team. This role involves building responsive, high-quality frontend applications and collaborating with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. This is an equity-only position with flexible hours and potential for future leadership responsibilities.
* Build and maintain responsive frontend applications using modern frameworks
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver excellent user experiences
* Implement reusable components and scalable front-end architecture
* Optimize applications for performance, speed, and accessibility
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment
* Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code
* Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, Supabase, and TypeScript
* Strong understanding of modern web development best practices
* Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
* Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
* Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
*Nice to Have:*
* Familiarity with Vitest, Playwright, or MSW for testing
* Experience with SaaS or productivity tools
